Opening the door to her room, Yui didnt bother taking off her shoes as she carried the unconscence Kenshin. She layed Kenshin on her bed, and listened for his heartbeat. She could hear it- but it wasnt strong. Yui knelt beside him and moved his hair and bangs out of his face. She took off his shirt to check on the wound-or, what remains of the stab. Yui went to her cubard and took out a bowl, filling it with cold water. She soaked a rag in it, wringed it and placed it on Kenshin's forehead.
Yui was so tired. When those powers bestowed her in the woods, they took a lot out of her. She knew she had to heal Kenshin before she collapsed. Taking out bandages, alcohol, cotton balls, and special remidies, Yui began working on the bloody mass. First she used the cotton balls and collected the loose blood and let it drip into the wound. Using the remidies, she used them to prevent the stinging and pain from the alcohol. With her trembling hands, Yui bandaged Kenshin's chest. She took his shirt ((i forgot what its called)) and put it on the foot of the bed. After pulling the sheets over him, she put a hand to his cheek, sighed, and then removed it. She sat on a low stool and held Kenshin's hand with a good grip. She rested her head against the sheets- and eventually she fell asleep. Her hand would not let go of Kenshin until they were both awake.
