Personality: A Cheerful and spunky girl who seems to have a careless life.She Is usually a hyper insane Risk taker who is a great friend.She CAN be in a bad hash mood,usually when in presence of Colonel Natemi Han,Commanding Officer,but otherwise she won't talk rudely unless angered.
History: Brittany never met her parents.She lived with her Aunt Lidia who was an alchemist.Her aunt was always saying her mother was a great alchemist-always in her studies.She supposedly could use wind,ice,and water alchemy. Her aunt always said she was in college when she had her and was then assassinated soon after and all her work disappeared. Her aunt doesn't know her father-and thinks thats who murdered her mom.Brittany always grew up on her aunts thrilling stories.She told her about Edward And Alphonse Elric and their quest for the philosophers stone. Brittany always thought it was made up until she found the newspaper and read about him.She always admired Ed for his courage....and instantly hated Roy Mustang((Who Wouldn't??He is a Selfless Bas**** with Perverted thoughts!AND he is stealing MY Ed!!!). She is sometimes quite clueless-and when she was 14 she became a state alchemist, inheriting her mothers abilities but without her serious attitude and much less sanity
Appearance: Standing at 4'10 with boots(4'9 without).her hair goes to her shoulders and is dirty blond with sea green tips. Her outfit is usually a one sleeve top that is royal blue and the State Uniform Pants that are baggy.She also wears a cross choker that was her mothers,engraved in it is 'Aqua Alchemist'((which was her mothers title until she died.)).She also has white gloves (like eds)with transmutation circles on it(for ice,water,air Alchemy.)From Appearance You'd Think she is Some Physco Idiot who is going to murder you with throwing knives,But she Wouldn't,If she did her Certificate would be taken away!Oh she also has a watch with the presidents crest on it,which is worn on her belt.((which is actually pretty correct,i mean who would dye there tips SEA GREEN!OK so I would,but REALLY.....))

Immediately a blond haired girl with sea green tips hastily sat in a chair in front of the women.The women had blond air,spiked down going to her back.(Like Envy-Kuns)Her white Barbie Doll Outfit fitted perfectly,sparkling with the rays of sunlight that fell threw the unblinded windows.Her Icy blue eyes glared at the girl.
"Yes Colonel Han" She said in a manged politeness.She glanced at her watch hastily. 11:09 . 'She better hurry,i have a train to catch,'She thought.
:Your mission,Of course you got word of it,:She began
:Is to Investigate Aura Village.Make Sure there are no escape Ishavarns,Illegal Uses of Mythical items,Etc.:
Brittz Gave A simple nod.She knew it all,what was Han trying to pull of?Trying to get her dismissed??Her eyebrows folded in wards and she looked at her,her electric blue eyes against her icy blue ones.
"May I go Now,"She asked "Colonel Han?Or do i have to endure more of this lecture on what to do??If you haven't noticed,i have a train to catch."

"God damn she was long and useless,"She said as she hurried down the steps of HQ,her shoes swishing threw puddles of water from the Early Rain shower,she hurried toward the station.
